There seams a lot of problems the seller could easily fix before selling but doesn't seam keen to. If I was selling such a rare car I would get it to tip top condition or as near to it :y

I have a suspision he is a former ABS member. Only thing he finished, although the work was done by others, was the Monza he mentioned. He used to keep buying cars to keep/restore and then would sell straight on or break, if it is the person I am thinking of
