  Some years ago there was a Mk2 Granny pick up at Ringwood raceway. It was used as the pace car at the start of the banger races. Driver was always cock sure as he would drift it around the corners with the pack of 30+ bagers bearing down on him

Very well put together conversion that, as long as its got the V6 cossie in and a T5 manual,will slide lovely,and be very controlled when diffing roundabouts  ;D

My first thought was it would be ideal for a flatbed tow truck  ::) needs another axle on the back though  :D

Its fugly,saw it in stoney stratford today, i hate it ,sorry but the rear is far to long for a pick up .

My first thought was it would be ideal for a flatbed tow truck  ::) needs another axle on the back though  :D

Wouldn't you be putting it on the tow truck to weigh it in? ::)
