I have one removed from my 1996 3.0L estate, don't know if its the same as the 3.2.  It was only removed to fit an LSD not because it was faulty. Its done about 120k miles.  £50 plus carriage, but carriage will be high because it weighs a ton.  Also worth mentioning that I have an LSD from a 3L Carlton at £150 plus carriage.  I was going to see if the Carlton innards would go into an Omega casing.

Got one here Gary, 3.9 oe to the car, removed in favour of a 4.22 from a 2.6, then later that was swapped for an LSD. It needs the seals replacing though, as they ALL leak at this age. Ime.

It's probably done about 80k at a guess. Although a tow bar was fitted to the car as it came to me.

Edit to add.
I've yet to see a dry dif on an omega, put it that way. This one, I would say in omega parlance, has a slight leak.

Are the Estate and saloon the same ratio on the 3.2 as mine is an MV6 Estate which has a diff that had a full re-build and has not done a lot of miles since, as the car has been parked up for the past few years. :y

if it was a man gearbox then the diff should be the same ratio but there where some exceptions. i know the 2.6 mv6 was the same but needed a man gearbox fitted.

2.6 V6 MV6/ELITE  5 SPEED BOX
2.6 V6 EXC MV6/ELITE  5 SPEED BOX

3.2 V6 4 SPEED AUTO  SALOON/ ESTATE.

He cant remember either. He might be down soon, with a 3.9.

Then you can pick from Not Raading, I guess? It's not due imminently though. So if you see one, grab it.

Or try Steve at Heathrow breakers?

Met up with chris today to take possesion of a diff for my dads 3.2. Had a stroke of luck as chris was attending a bash in epsom tonight so only a 20min drive to epsom as opposed to a 2 hour slog to wo kinham. Top man Chris, hope you had a good evening. :y
