If it came with 12 months tax and 12 months MOT, then £575 would be reasonable........(despite it being a 'dog ugly' PFL) :y

I'll wager that his £400 private plate is actually worth SFA.

Never been keen on the f/l looks mr opti , always though the p/f looks more monaro'ish
which appeals more and the interiors are harder wearing, just my opinion  ;)

They're too similar in looks to an Astra G. If I wanted a car that looked like an Astra G I'd buy an Astra G  :y :y

My first Omega was that colour - The Aubergene Dream Machine. I think it's called Aubergene Red. 1995 Elite Auto on an M plate. Bought it from a Bloke on eBay up in Nuneaton. Written off when some silly bint in a Ford Ka runted up the back of it whilst I was waiting at traffic lights in Bristol. Was raining, no ABS in a Ka, and she wasn't paying attention till it was far far too late. Ka was a right mess, but the Omega was Ok - or so I thought. But the insurance assessor wrote it off as uneconomic to repair due to damaged boot floor pan.
