Title: Navtek disc for Omega Elite Estate with NCDC 2013 colour sat nav

Hi
I have a genuine 2006/7 cd but its scratched to hell. I've just cleaned my laser lens which has improved operation 10 fold but its still laggy which I'm guessing is the state of the CD. Anybody have similar year or later genuine one for sale?

are these GM only or will they work in other veichles (need one for a chrysler :-[)
