Had car in garage for a wheel bearing to be done on my 2001 estate (nsr) was to be for £80 but then he found its a bigger job than he thought = more money. I've pulled it out for now as it's not that bad and can wait. Just thought I'd put the question out if anyone fancies helping out? I'm in Preston but don't mind traveling. Good excuse to take the caravan out ;)
If anyone is up for it please let me know your "requirements"
Cheers in advance

Hate to say I told you so, but.....
It's one of those pig awful jobs, like DIS pack and heater matrix. With the right toold it's do-able. Without the right tools, forget it.

Yeah - by 'right tools' I didn't necesserily mean the Vx tools. I made a press plate from a sheet of steel and some long bolts. Long story, but original job was to replace rusty brake backing plates. To get them off you have to remove the stub axles. Removing the stub axles also ends up removing the outer race of the bearing. Which means you need to fit new bearings, which is a whole world of pain I hadn't banked on.
