Big nobs have 2 weeks till impact so why cant they destroy the Virus  :-\ :-\ :-\

This is nothing new, as long as your virus defs are up to date and you follow normal security advice you will be fine.

If you receive a letter from your ISP that you are already infected you need to follow the cleaning procedure on the CERT website.

My Mum got hacked today.  ::)  Despite all the publicity and being worried to death about it over the last few days she opened a link in an email from a friend entitled "Reductions" ::)

All passwords changed and a full scan and hopefully all is well!  :-\

The phones ringing off the hook now with all the panicky Silver Surfers....  ::)  ;D

the one I use is the MS one .. it updates every 10 days to the latest version ... runs in the background and can be used to check the whole system
