Title: E Cigs-refills

Can you buy refills for these devices?

If so how long will it be before you can obtain coke, canabis, E refills?


Genuine question as I have never seen one close up.

You can get Cannabis flavour ones already and they are useful for people wanting to stop smoking it, I work in the treatment game! theoretically you could put cocaine powder into them but it wouldn't work very well as cocaine needs to be chemically converted to burn/vaporise effectively....a.k.a crack.   

Cannabis oil would work extremely well but hasn't been available in this country for 20 odd years.
