Although I log in forever I have to keep logging in on the Desk Top, but never on the tablet. Is this because I access the site from both my Desk Top and Tablet ???

No, Should be fine from either, suspect a cookie issue, so remove your oof cookies and try again.

Shouldn't be, I log ib from various mobile devices, Netbook, Laptop etc and through different Networks, always come up as Logged In.

OOF grabs your IP Address(s) plus some other Stuff and stores them for future visits, probably more to do with your Desk Top not storing or accepting Cookies, or do you have any Cache or History cleaners set up automatic on your Desk Top?, Using CCleaner or similar on a regular basis would also do it.

Indeed, your login is maintained by cookies. Ensure Do Not Track, In Private browsing and options to remove cookies at end of session are all disabled
