Title: Corsa 'C' oil filters
Post by: Field Marshal Dr. Opti on 24 June 2014, 15:43:28
How many different oil filters are there for a 2000-2006 Corsa 'C' 1.2?....Does anyone know?

I assumed there was just the one.

Thanks, Mark. Eurocarparts have sent me a Bosch P7006. Which is longer and thinner than I've used before. I told them it was for a 2003 Corsa 'C' even gave them the registration number.  :-\

The closest I can find on the side of the engine is 19BY6007. :y

I'm guessing that this relates to the earlier filter.......the shorter and slightly wider one.

No real rush for 'Euro car parts' to get their shit together, because I have a spare  GM oil filter that is the correct size......Part number GM9192425. :y

It comes with a drainplug rubber seal that the pattern parts don't have......not even the Bosch.
