Title: Chrome trim ?

Can you still get the chrome trim strips for the p/f body , tried re shaping the back corner one and it didnt work.  Bumper back on the car now minus trim

Why would any sane person ruin a perfectly good PFL with parts off the pig ugly FL?

At risk of sounding rational... because they're readily available and less likely to bend when you look at them ::)

But look worse than a bit of bent chrome when fitted to a PFL or FL

Well I will concede that it isn't present around the windowlines... which really dates an older car :-\

I bought some 12mm stuff on a roll from Halfords to tart the Saab's bumpers up and ,despite being dubious, it really looks mint. I think it was £12 for 3 metres with a load of 3m tape

Thanks omegod ill have a lookie in halfords for that trim and see what it looks like  :y

I had a quick look from robs part numbers and they came back at about £19 per section .. still available which is quite surprising  ;)

Ok thanks keith , the one i need is nearside rear but will have a look at this tomorrow..
