Title: better gear ratios for manual omega-getrag transmissions

I always feel the high ratio of 3rd in omega slowing me down when I'm accelerating :(  (mine 2.5v6 with getrag 240 5 speed used in old 320 i)




so tried a google search and found this ratio chart.. seems like e30 323i sport have better 2nd and 318is have better 3rd :-\

318is was a strong perfomer, punched well above its weight, if my aunts one was anything to go by :-\

interestingly both 245 and 260 have shorter second .. the problem is those boxes are rare now :-\
