Title: Interlink Parcels
Post by: zirk on 02 July 2014, 12:37:10
Stopped using them years ago as was having all sorts of ag with them, anyway they must have pulled there socks up as was expecting a item delivered today, tracked the item on line yesterday, added the extra info, Name, Mobile, email etc, got a email and text this morning saying parcel would be delivered between 12.24 and 13.23 with options to, leave with Nieghbour, deliver tomorrow etc.

12:25 just now, Ding Dong.  :y

Must have been a fault then becuse i can confirm that they are a sh!te as usual.  They completely cocked up a delivery of mine a couple of weeks ago.

For you, I am sure that 'normal service' shall resume on the next delivery. ;D

Nobody can beat Amtrak for non delivery. I actually did a little jig the day I heard they went up the Gary Glitter.

:y Absolutely rubbish service, no customer service at all, the worst I have dealt with.

I have used Hermes recently, both for sending and for a delivery. Very good pricing and good customer service. great for up to 15kg. I do like the way they pick up the parcel from my door just because I can't be bothered to drop it of down the road, for just another 20p! :)
