Only thing I can see that puts me off is the BMW  badge on the front :y :y :y

Yeah them holes are not that bad really , seen worse on a ford  :(

The days of what we use to call ROT have gone , my old mk5 cortina was riddled with rot .. chassis legs sills inner wings rear arches ect ect ...went through many cutting discs on a weekly basis  ::)
