Title: Now I know that..

this is based on a celery stick. But to offer it new inc. PnP and a year's warranty seems like a steal.

The N2830 is a dual core, 2.1Ghz chip with 1Mb cache. So that's going to be limiting. I think its graphics are a bit weak (and definitely no good for games).

But the cheapest 3rd gen i3 is going to be £100 more...   ...or Tosh have a larger one for £224 if you have an eligible trade-in

To be fair, I was looking at replacing the ageing Sony Vaio that my lil one is using. He only uses it for some flash internet games on the Disney website and to watch streaming video. Problem is, the Sony is like an oven when watching videos due to ageing fans and poor cooling.

The Dell has a spill proof keyboard which is ideal. Where is the Tosh you talk about? Wouldnt mind having a look at it. But dont want to spend more than £250max.
