Title: No. 5 tall white relay ?

hi guys,

             can anyone tell me what ,in the under steering wheel cabin fuse/relay box , relay No. 5 does ?

It's the taller of the 2 white ones

And secondly should it chime/buzz when ignition key is in position II ?

Mine does not but I know one that does  :-\ :-\ :-\

Lights on chime/buzzer is the lower white one in pic
