Title: shear bolts

Anyone know the correct size of shear bolts that hold ignition barrel to the steering column tia  :y

barrel isn't. But the piece that holds the barrel, steering lock, is held onto the column with two shear bolts.
Think they be dealer only,unless you have a good fastner place local. Think theym6.
can be removed with a good dot punch,by tapping undone, and put back in the same way,fiddlee but doable.

You could just use std Allen bolts of the right length.

Usually steering lock bolts are 8MM  :y but never done a omega.  :-\
