Title: The Big Trip
Post by: ffcgary1 on 21 June 2008, 17:39:28
Well today i had the crank sensor changed on my v6 by my vx tecky pal in prep for the drive down to southern spain, 1229.5 miles according to mr tomtom, then i changed the oil and filter, pollen filter, and air filter. A good look under the car when it was in the air revealed nothing of any worry, and no signs of anything about to fall off. Tyres all wearing evenly[ thanks WIM] and no coolant leaks. The only thing that i will get done when i get back is a small oil leak on the rear diff from the drive shaft seal.... I am ready to go, cant wait till friday.  ooooh i am so excited. :D

Ps going down via le mans, so i might have to take a small detour to the race track for a blast [if you can].

You're a week late for Le Mans. It'll be a ghost town. ;D

... unless you're going to be passing there on the weekend of the 12th June. 8-)

Have a safe trip.  :y
