Dear all,
I have a 2.6 Omega Elite which looses its radio signal when i turn on the heated rear window. I am not sure where to start looking for the problem
-
The screen heater element is the aerial, (assuming it's a Saloon)... I would start with the aerial amp which will be under the parcel shelf somewhere. Might be accessible from the boot :-\
Looking for a loose or broken connection there :y

Look for poor 0v connections. Or the Earths if Mr DTM isn't listening ::) (yes, I know he's technically correct ;D)
Also, first, try cleaning the inside of the rear window, gently.

But we're not technical ;)
Though not as much as it was in the Omega, there's some interference on the radio in my Merc if I put the HRW on ???

That usually fixes this problem in my experience :y

Does it will give that ago :y
To get at that amp you will have to have rear seats out too. Just like doing a rear blind :y Which ive got to go and do all again cos the bleeding thing is jammed up :'(
