Title: Is this the Omega 2.2 petrol Pressure Release Valve on the Oil Cooler/ Pump?

Can you please tell me if that there in the picture below is the Oil Pressure Release Valve of the Omega 2.2 Petrol ?? how do i remove it and how do you recommend i clean it??
