Title: Frontera - Yes or No?
Post by: Jammy Dodger on 05 September 2014, 19:48:47
Sorry, our 2001 2.5 V6 Omega Estate has got to go as it just doesn't match up to the working but tatty, 1999 2.5 V6 Omega Estate we also have as a workhorse for pulling the caravan.

Been offered good Part-ex on a 3.2 Frontera to replace it - Any reviews you would like to share, for or against to help us decide?

Makes no sense at all given the two Omegas are essentially identical ???

Newer Model, same spec but doesn't like towing - added spring assistors but side by side the rear is still much lower than our old faithful. We've had it checked over at the garage and again they can't understand why either.

Lovely smooth ride without the caravan on the back but can't keep it if it not upto the job we bought it for.

What about the Frontera?  ::)

Take the 3.2 engine out of the Frontera (throw rest away  ;D) and place said 3.2 engine in Omega  :y :y :y
