Title: Rear non vented calipers
Post by: TheBoy on 18 September 2014, 18:29:05
Opps, forgot I have knackered rears  :-[

Anyone got a set of rear unvented calipers in good condition, and all seals fully in tact?

Though worth it, £90 is a bit steep for me, esp as I suspect the next MOT may be more trouble than its worth  :-X

I've got a pair you can have for postage  and an IOU for for a key fob program. ::)
They could do with a cleanup but were working fine when removed.

just checked them and the offside caliper inner piston seal has some damage around the outer edge(http://i254.photobucket.com/albums/hh92/lee4206/phone178.jpg) (http://s254.photobucket.com/user/lee4206/media/phone178.jpg.html)
other piston seal is fine(http://i254.photobucket.com/albums/hh92/lee4206/phone179.jpg) (http://s254.photobucket.com/user/lee4206/media/phone179.jpg.html)

Nearside rear inner piston seal has a cut/tear not sure how big due to piston pushed back (http://i254.photobucket.com/albums/hh92/lee4206/phone184.jpg) (http://s254.photobucket.com/user/lee4206/media/phone184.jpg.html)  cut is in the top right around the 2oclock position.

next day delivery seems to be around £9 or 48hr  around £5.50
