Got a home insulation job on the go been on this forum for a few tips.

Not sure what you are getting at here.......... :-\ :-\  Much of the advice, for a dogy starter, is, old skool and sound to me, been there and done that, and still have the big screwdriver..... ;) ;)

I've seen my Grandfather, and, lesser so, my Father do things like that!
