Any takers? After steel spare wheels and tyres, and provisionally the excellent RobG has four - in Bristol. Snag is they do take up a fair bit of room in a boot of course. Aiming for either me in Cleethorpes in North East Lincolnshire ... or Nuneaton / Nottingham as I have a friend who I see fairly regular living/working both those places.

I possibly have potential to get from Oxford to Northampton way, if that helps. Currently no plans to be going further afield.

Just to add to the list, keep it up to date, Mr DTM Calib has kindly offered to take from Rugby to Nottingham. Thank you again Mark :)

Northampton > Rugby - still needed (have a friend who lives in Rugby, who may be pass through N'hampton for his job)
Rugby > Nottingham - Marks DTM Calib

Obviously this all has to fall into sync reasonably well, so as to avoid inconveniencing any poor OOFers by having steel wheels hanging around their houses, and the resultant beatings/loss of privileges that may be doled out by respective wives/partners!

AH! No worries. I'm at work, so don't get to read things as thoroughly as I'd like. They seem to like me to do the thing I'm paid to do, rather than look at pictures of Omegas all day, for some strange reason. Bosses are weird!

I ask cos I'm going to try and get to Red Baron after my trip to Rugby. So if it's not now going ahead can someone let me know so I can just go ahead and talk to RB re a date to pick up the 3.0L engine I've bought? 8):)

Could sell it as a "What's the current operationally acceptable method of transpositioning Item X from position A to position B? Hey all - just spotted this thread re-started a lit. well, yes, I'm still in need (getting slightly more in need now!) of these wheels. I'm good for the other legs of the journyey but the first Bristol bit I'm still struggling with. Any help can be paid with Ale, money, or a combination of the two! :)
