Title: Motor Legal Protection Insurance
Post by: Figureman52 on 24 September 2014, 20:43:39
Anyone bought one of these as a stand alone product?

Seem to be able to buy online at half the price compared to combined with your motor insurance.

A note of caution... These 'free' providers pay their costs by recovering them from the fault party. They are therefore only applicable if you are NOT at fault.

If you're at fault then expect a bill... This is what your £25 or so protects you from... :-\

If I was at fault then wouldn't my insurance company be doing all it could to fight the case anyway, in order to reduce their payout? :-\

There's enough no win no fee firms about nowadays,to pursue your claim.
As soon as you have accident, your insurance company pass your details on to a claims management company,
