On this date 21yrs ago Maureen and I started living together.We met-if that's the proper term as pen friends and things moved on from there.She made it clear from the outset that if I were to propose she'd say no,for my part I said it wouldn't apply as I was never going to propose anyway.So we've bumbled along quite nicely ever since.We've never had any money to speak of but we don't have a bad lifestyle even though we've only ever had two holidays in all that time.I can honestly state that although we've each done things that have ticked the other one off-I'm way ahead on points there!!-we have never yet had an argument!

Somebody that special to you needs to be cherished.  Just had a deluge of bad news this evening which is making me appreciate those I have still around me this evening.  Thus make sure you appreciate those you hold dear while you still can.

Thankfully the fridge is well stocked and I can drown the sorrows.  Normal service shall resume....soon :'(

Nice one....... :y  Sounds a bit like me and swmbo, we bumble along and never a serious disagreement, which is some going living with me........... ;) ;)

Girls at work reckon she must have the patience of a saint, living with me, they all love me really though........ :D :D

Have had a share of bad news myself recently, so you have my deepest sympathy. Certainly makes you realise how important it is that your loved ones know how you feel.

SWMBO and I married now for 35 yrs. Yes, I get supermodels and film stars throwing themselves at me. Numerous offers from billionaire widows. I'm constantly pestered by the temptation of four in a bed sessions with the worlds most desirable women . . . . . . . but NO. Happy with just the Mrs  ;)
