Title: Will it break.

The company I now work for just laid out £2.5k on new De Walt cordless kit, including those new fancy tool boxes, anyway chaps the kit includes the smaller 1/2 inch cordless impact gun. Will it have enough power at around 200nm to shift those wishbone bolts with 5 ah Li Ion, or will they only be beaten by its bigger brother :y

No chance. Bigger one probably won't fit directly on the front bolt anyway.
