Yes, Gladys, but they are definitely from a different part of GM. These are the ones that vauxhall reject. ;D

Some car forums can be really snotty.
The guys and girls on the Jaguar X-Type forum positively bristled with indignation when I called their pride and joy a Jaguar Mondeo or X-Type Mondeo.
Some people have no sense of humour. ;D ;D :D

Less and less car makers are fitting spare wheels as standard these days. :-\

Yes. It's logical, you see. The weight of that cumbersome spare wheel will cause you to use more fuel, so they're actually saving you money and reducing emissions :y
Oh.......and they save money and can inflate their mpg. Bastards. :)

Anyone wanna buy a bottle of glue and a tyre inflator? ;D

Will this fix a blowout or will you need a spare tyre?...... :) ;D ;D

I recently did a wheel change on a Ford Kuga. The owner was seriously pissed off as she'd paid extra to have a spare wheel, but they hadn't included a jack and wheelbrace as she hadn't asked for them!
Not having a spare when there is room for it is a truly stupid idea. Even a spacesaver gets you on your way.

Ah, my local Chevvy dealer in "Little Oxford".
I see, from that forum, the owners are stupid as well though :P
-
I often wonder what our American friends would make of their beloved Chevie badge being stuck on a Daewoo.
