Title: British gas @maths

Just received a letter from British Gas, good ol British company,with call centres not in Britain (well some are)

Your outstand balance of£5.62 can be repaid at £6.00 per week :P
Now I failed O level maths(got a cse) but them sums don't add up,even to me.
But the good old offshore call centre cant see the inaccuracies off the maths.
 could professor Brian Hawkins,or another mathematician step forward to do the calculus please ;D

Brian Cox or Steven Hawkins?..... ;)...or is that Hawking?

BG......How many weeks at £6.00 will it take you to pay off £5.62?

I'm stumped. ??? ??? ??? ;)

Things were much better with the gas coin meter's and gas lights  :(

Ignore it, and when they take you to court, pay in pennies :y

Don't forget to video it...

If that isn't to your tastes, then simply ask how and when they will refund your £42.38 change :y
