If you wish to reuse either the panel or the buttons, it will need careful dismantling :y

Ashtray assembly out, radii out, two screws, trim panel out, unplug the coimate panel, release the two clips at each end and push it towards the front of the car to remove... :y

I don't have any long nose pliers to lend you, Opti. Will nose hair pliers do?

The small fan button (far left)....along with the 'auto' and 'off' buttons (far right) have lost all their black coating. :-\

That's just the car evolving to suit it's aging driver and making things more visable!  :y

I used a bit of black touch up paint. Without the symbols I forget which button I'm pushing. ;D

I just leave mine on Auto all the time, sod the expense. :y Oh, i forgot, you,re always skint. :P
