I`m assumin the footage is much better before the upload  ??? Some cameras expose better into the light then others. Ytube is supposed to be improving the compression & speed for uploads, time will tell.  In the 3 years I`ve been running a dashcam thankfully I`ve been accident free. Although I did have a skoda drive at me head-on last year >:( recorded on £20 camera  which I recorded & uploaded.

The footage was just the same before upload , i think there is an option on the camera settings to brighten the view  :-\ Planning on buying a better one soon then maybe put this one rear facing . Only trouble is the rear screen has been tinted so will have to trial and error .
