Title: Heads up Aldi

Called into Aldi today , glad i did and picked up this soldering iron for £7 . Very well made , comes with solder and a little draw at the back for solder and nick nacks  + the little clamps either side of the work station  :)

3 year warranty  :y

£6 with free delivery off the net. Iron, solder, iron holder, sponge and that thing you use to suck up solder from circuit boards :)

I think I saw these in the Alton branch on Saturday.

Didn't look especially suitable for delicate electron-hurding, TBH. ;)

Saw in Little Oxford on Sunday. Needless to say, I didn't buy one, despite needing a new iron, AGAIN  :-[

Must be last weeks stock , there was only 2 left . They had an arc welder for £40 as well  :y Countersink drill bits were £3  :)
