They seems to be no power what so ever going to the sort of screen mounted behind the back seats, from what I've read they should be like an acoustic sound once you go into reverse??
Is this a common problem? And where should I start looking??
-
The factory fit Parkpilot isn't mounted near rear blind?
The usual fault is a failed speaker.
-
Saying that from reading other articles on this subject they don't look too trust worthy

Mines where the middle head rest should be? Saying that I have no sound on the right side of my car :-/

Was they not standard on a cdx then??
Not even on Elite, though most 3.2's got them anyway in 2003

Oh I'll save that niggly job for another year then

If your referring to the black box in the centre underneath the parcel shelf, that's the aerial amp.
Factory fit Park Pilot is bolted up between the inner and outer n/s rear wing and the speaker is up above the roof lining

With ignition on and reverse selected, with a slight touch of the sensor(s) there should be a quiet but audible tick when park pilot is activated.
So if they tick, and there's an obstruction, there's should be an audible warning. If not. Failed dpeaker.
