I can that 'heavy trolley dollies' could be a problem due to the lack of space.

You've obviously never flown British Airways where they are all gay and mingers!  :(  Probably down to some 'modern' diversity policy.  ::)

The likes of Emirates still have proper Trolley Dollies!  :y
