the radiator fans on my ex plod 2001 mv6 dont wanna go,i have traced the fault to no power going to the relay,which fuse is it for them,as in the haynes manual it says fuse 4 but there is no fuse there and no wiring going to that position either,anyone help,ta

thats the relay,theres no power going to it
