Legs were a pain as I'd accidentally kicked theswitch on my welder to the lowest setting - took me30 mins to work out what was going on. :(

And no, the legs aren't out.... the bottom cross piece is. more care next time :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[

So. most of these welds are in bloody awkward positions and it isdang difficult to get your gun, workpiece (when its bloody heavy), body and head position just right. however for the gussets ad that back piece I did vertical up and vertical down taking in to consideration gravity. what a nice way to weld. it justfelt right cos it was at theright height and it was a pleasure to do.
So whats the big thing withthese types of weld that people don't do well? as long as you think about gravity and account forthat with torch angle youre good, right?

Oh yeah I forgot to mention..... had to put a new spool in. bird nested everywhere ;D fekking thing took metres of wire. what a waste.going to tape it next time ::)

Coming along aint it :D Thats going to need some serious heavy duty wheels though no ??? :-\

You'll be able to rest a complete Omega on that :y

Haha! Tis quite heavy already ::)
I got some castors ordered and some wheels for the back.
Been toying with the idea of shoppingtrolley wheels but sadly I think theyd be too big. castors were only £6 :y
