It was VERY clean .. and still had the foam interlayer ..... makes me wonder .. had it ever been opened before ???
Did anyone check his boot for the "clingfilm & cardboard" wrapper ???

Rattle? We double checked exhaust couldn't catch?

Still there after emptying the boot then? >:(
Doesn't sound like anything more than a shield or something to me. Certainly plenty of clearance around the exhaust, and not "solid" enough a noise to be exhaust. IMHO
I might be inclined to let the suspension bed in for a few more miles, as it has had the weight off it and also new shocks.

I actually took some convincing that it was your tool kit.............coz the black case hadn't been painted silver yet.
