Title: Oil and filter x3, two lots of coolamt and brake fluid...
Post by: GastronomicKleptomaniac on 03 February 2015, 11:33:46: I need to grab three lots of oil and filters, and two lots of coolant and brake fluid. Is there still the TC offer on oil? And is the dealer the best place for the others? :D

Sweet, I shall pop down later this week. Then have to explain exactly how Ive ended up with 3 Omegas...

Not on semi synth. Cheapest way to get 20l is 1 x 20l drum at £28 +VAT. pain to handle though.

That's what I got from the dealers and he gave me a free top for it with a tap in it, put the 20ltr tub on the workmate and fill a 5ltr can from that then fill the car. :y

Post by: Diamond Black Geezer on 05 February 2015, 10:26:05: Up our way, me and father are trying to keep the 'old' 5l(?) tubs, with the pop out pouring neck, so as to decant from the big tub, thus making oil changes a fair bit easier :-)

Mite ring them tomorrow an see what deal they will do for 20 ltrs ..not expecting any great deal considering they never heard of TC or ABS :( :(
