Come on, Darwin, you've work to do. :o

Jesus,that is all :-X

I think the subject title should have read something along the lines of :-
"They walk among us. Part DCLXXV" ::) ;D
-
Having been to Bicester today, that is the least of our worries :'(
-
Classic case of Please read the manual before driving a car you have never driven before :y

Of course, had it been the oil pressure light, she'd have continued, despite the knocking, until it put a leg out of bed. ::)

Tis a woman......bless. ;D ;D

Absolutely right. :y

The suffragettes have much to answer for. :-\
.....and Saudi Arabia has the correct policy when it comes to 'girlies behind the wheel'... :)

Without a doubt. ;D ;D

'suitable words of advice', I wonder what they told her that would have any lasting effect ::)

She is a woman.
I think that answers your question, Mr Phil. ::)

Thinking about, lifting of hgv speed and lane restrictions would have soon sorted that out :-\

To the detriment of anyone wanting to exceed 56MPH. ;)
Not letting daft people get driving licenses in the first place, on the other hand... :y
-
A valid point, but a truck with 750-800 bhp and reasonable gearing, (ie not geared to 60mph max with a 56mph limiter), should be perfectly capable of cruising at 90 all day long :y
It's implied that she had a licence but that doesn't seem to deter some drivers :-\
-
...should be perfectly capable of cruising at 90 all day long :y.
.. but stopping within the same postcode district as when the brakes were applied? 1/2mv2 gets a bit scary at times within the performance envelope of an Omega let alone with all that additional weight.
I'm afraid a mate of mine (RIP) was a victim of a late braking HGV, as were the families in the cars both in front of and behind him. :'(
No, Darwin needs to come up with a better plan.

Our feet are smaller so we can get closer to the cooker, which makes them too small to operate vehicles.! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;)
Fixed. :y :D ;D

That's impressive. The cab view really looks like it's not going to end well, but not so.

The V70 driver clearly wasn't too sure either... a good example of technology being thoughtfully applied 8)

I've attended worse..........
The male who was 'changing a wheel' in lane 3 of the M6 :D :D :D
a male who did a 3 point turn on the motorway so he could jumpstart a car on the hardshoulder :D :D :D :D
a male who reversed up lane 1 to retrieve a set of ladders that had fell off his van ::) ::) ::)
just a few, theres many more I've forgot

...... and what do you do when you get to these scenes? Bang their heads together for being stupid or just stand their incredulous at their absolute stupidity ??? ??? ??? And how do you move someone from lane three on the M6? :-\ :-\ :-\

Ha ha, blokes with a 'Aah that'll be alright mate' attitude..... ::) ;)
-
...... and what do you do when you get to these scenes?
Give them a nice piece of paper inviting them to speak to a magistrate so he/she can decide how many points its worth on their license.
And how do you move someone from lane three on the M6?
Rolling road blocks & a 4x4 to 'drag' em over! ;)

I wish you'd come down here and sort the drivers out who I see every morning and evening with only one headlight,5 in the course of 10minutes today and it'll be the same tonight.Makes you think about the rest of the cars overall condition, seeing that they can't be bothered about fixing one bulb, does'nt even have to be a ticket....just a bollocking first time then ..... :-\ ::)

Yep, and because they can't see where they are going, they come at you using main beam unless you flash back at them. >:(
-
I must admit I've been doing that and now I'm bored as the retards don't have any idea that having TWO working dipped headlights happen to be a legal requirement and obviously safety critical.I accept that the police are stretched but even pulling along side these dipshits and telling them to get it fixed might just help to activate the one and only brain cell that some of the knuckle scrapers that use the dark country roads around here have!

Yeah, it'd probably make them drop their mobile phones too. ::)

Come on, Darwin, you've work to do. :o
Did anybody video her at the garage trying to get the fuel cap and pump aligned? ;D ;D ;D
Fortunately, no traffic laws broken, as they don't apply to Audi or BMW drivers. ::) ::) ::)

Im amazed at how many folk are using their phones again while driving , its like there wasn't any law again :( Difficult to police it all :(

There are so few traffic police observing the roads round here (excluding through a speed camera), that the law might as well not exist. >:(
