Well after the upset of my diff expiring on my way to the lakes on friday i have finally finished fitting a new (second hand) one this morning. Now although it's quieter than the one that has just expired it is still appears slightly noisey! I was told it had come out of a 70,000 mile car and did look ok when i gave it a once over before fitting it so am wondering if there may be another problem before stripping it all back out again. Anybody any ideas??
