Had to make a phone call today to a local authority office.After a few rings a recorded message came on saying that they were all busy but knew a call was being made so I could either stay on the line and I'd be answered at the first available opportunity[fair enough]or I could end the call and try again when they were less busy!!!!?Eh?Say what?How the heck does anyone know when they're less busy?Or do they mean after 4 o'clock when they've all beetled off home for the day?

I phoned an 08 number, ish.It said what can i do for you.I said phone me back its cheaper. ;D When they called back it was my mom. ;D ;D.

No not an 08 number just the area dialling code which I didn't need to use being in the same town.
