What I'd like to know is why are they're faces blurred when the turn to face the camera!   :(

Are the authorities scared someone might recognise them!   :-[

I was thinking the same, surely the authorities would want their faces spread far and wide...... :-\ :-\

Maybe they actually have blurred faces. Perhaps they mashed their face up with a hammer so they wouldn't be recognised. ;D

Tell you what though, that blue Mexico will be pretty conspicuous driving around the streets of Minsk!  ::)  ;D
