Title: 3.0 rebuild cam question.
Post by: V6 Matt on 10 March 2015, 21:06:48
Hi all, I'm in the middle of rebuilding a 3.0 and have run into a problem.  I have 3.2 cams going back in but in unsure as to how to replace the cam wheels/pulleys.  Obviously the ones with the thicker coller go on the front bank ( or right bank for the omega) but which hole does the metal dowel go on the pully,1/2 and 3/4.
Hopefully this makes sense to someone who knows there v6's.

The cams are numbered 1-4 from left to right.
No1 cam uses No1 hole, No 2, No2 hole etc.
