I agree with that decision. Should we lend them the crown jewels so that they can do a storyline where Bond has to retrieve them? Perhaps Putin could put in a cameo performance? Its a poxy film and the Welsh assembly is the legislative body of a country, not a fickin film set. Let them do a mock up.
