Hi Fellas...
Just had wheels off, damn near broke my back undoing them, even with an extension bar. What is the correct torque to re-tighten them please. I have got a Torque Wrench that is 30nm to 210nm.....
Wheels are 17" Alloy normal Elite
Thanks
Tony

Haynes states 110Nm 81 ft/lbs. 1994-1999

110 nm
So probably about 1/5th of previous.

I would be concerned - depending how much they had been overtightened - that they had now been stretched beyond their elastic limit, and as suggested above, check them again later. :y

The cone bit of the bolt is supposed to be very lightly greased as well
