Title: road tax

my son has just bought a tranny pickup which has a tax disk valid until july according to a tax disc. will it still be valid with a new owner. methinks it is. am I right or wrong?  :-\

Yep the outstanding tax will be refunded to the seller automatically when he sends in the V5.  :y
