The search for parts function seems to have vanished, or is it just me?

I phoned them back in January asking why the Trade Book was no longer visible and was told that it was 'work in progress' under the new management. There's been no change whatsoever since then so I'm not sure what's going on.  :-\
The site is useless as it is at the moment.
