Title: converting a 2.2dti to a 2.5td

Has this been done? What's involved? Is it as easy as dropping in the running gear, loom, ecu, transponder?? Or is there more till it.

I want to reshell my current td with an estate. Running gear is all good but my current shell is a let down so want to figure out if using a dti would be feasible.

Well... They both run on diesel, but that is about the only common fact, so be prepared to rewire and replumb the car :y

Pmsl. Will get one found eventually and will do the same as you guys, keep it till I'm buried in it  :y
