Title: Brown wire, NS bank?
Post by: GastronomicKleptomaniac on 03 April 2015, 07:19:51
While fannying on swapping coil packs yesterday, I found a broken brown wire - was coming out of the wiring harness immediately next to the 246 coil pack plug... Only very thin and was broken - any ideas? Will try to get a pic later...

That will take a day  ;D ;D ;D ;D

It plugs into this thing.Which is bolted on the back of your 2,4,6 head..(Radio Suppressor)
The Broken wire you have from the loom is Live When the ignition is on,
So Blank the end off and forget it,
Apparently its to stop Interference on the Am/Mw Side of your radio.  :y
