Top left hand fuse in the fuse box under the steering wheel... Could also be the heater fan resistor (hedgehog) or the fan motor has seized. Fuse is a nice easy place to start... Should be a 40 amp maxi fuse :y

Mine was the hedgehog, after membears here helped me diagnose working fan by applying 12 volts via jump leads from the battery, and that it was getting 12 volts from the climate panel via a meter.

Having done that, the only thing left was to lie upside down in the footwell, AGAIN, and replace the hedgehog. Fiddly as I found the vac servos where in the way of removal, but all doable. :)
